A useful fit for

Fits an earlier-model shopper seeking an upright carpet washer with a separate supplied hose/nozzle route and who specifically values the included spare roller and second solution bottle.

The main tradeoff

Tineco's package-specific pages conflict on dirty-tank capacity and automatic versus manual water control; the exact CW101500US manual crosswalk is not published. The 22 lb figure is not a defined dry-carry weight, and the retailer says no longer available new.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Can this corded upright package serve a carpeted room and a separate suitable-upholstery task without being treated as a portable body?

Tineco lists the upright, hose and 2-in-1 nozzle and describes upholstery and carpeted-stair use. The body remains an upright, and the exact fabric instructions should be checked for the unit.

Does its listed 2L clean-water tank meet 67 ounces but not 68 ounces?

Yes for 67 and no for 68: 2 liters is about 67.63 U.S. fluid ounces. The conflicting dirty-tank value is not used for matching.

Does Complete add a spare roller while remaining an upright rather than a portable extractor?

Yes. The Complete package list names an extra roller; the supplied hose adds reach but does not turn the upright body into a portable extractor.

Tineco’s CARPET ONE Complete is the corded upright package that adds a spare roller and a second solution bottle to the maker’s CARPET ONE lineup. Its U.S. product page lists the carpet machine, 2-in-1 nozzle, hose, cleaning tool, two bottles and an extra roller. Best Buy identifies the linked package as model CW101500US, but no longer offers it new; this is a useful earlier-model reference, not a claim that a current new unit is available.

The Complete difference is a box of supplies

The Complete name is meaningful for its accessory bundle, not evidence of a different cleaning motor or a new surface capability. Tineco’s contents list adds a brush roller and a solution bottle beyond its base CARPET ONE package. That can make sense if you will use the replacement roller and approved formula; otherwise a base kit may do the same core job with less bundled material.

Check the carton and seller's description before buying any remaining, used or open-box unit. A listing that says “CARPET ONE” may not mean this Complete package, and the additions are easy to lose after an opened return. Best Buy’s Tineco-linked record identifies CW101500US and says it is no longer available new. Use the exact model wording; do not treat a nearby number or similar-looking machine as confirmation.

It remains a corded carpet washer with a hand-tool route

The floor head is intended for carpet, while Tineco describes the supplied hose and 2-in-1 nozzle as a way to work on upholstery, carpeted stairs and other hard-to-reach carpet areas. That makes it more versatile than a floor-only washer, but the body is still an upright you push around a room. It does not become a compact portable spot extractor when the hose is attached. Tineco’s Complete FAQ says not to use it on hard-surface floors and says the machine is intended for water-soluble stains rather than loose debris such as cereal or pet food. Pick up dry debris first and respect the exact fabric or rug cleaning label; the sales page does not provide the material-code detail needed to approve every upholstery fabric.

There is a real controls question to verify on this exact package. Tineco advertises iLoop sensing and automatic water-flow adjustment on the product page, but the product-specific Complete FAQ says the user chooses Low or Max spray and releases water by pressing a handle button. That FAQ does not describe the same forward-wash/backward-extract control sequence used by some other CARPET ONE documentation. Because Tineco’s Complete page does not link a package-specific manual, do not assume this carton has a particular pass-direction routine; check the model label and manual for the unit in front of you. If an automatic forward/backward cycle is essential, choose a model with that procedure explicitly documented for its exact code.

HeatedWash is not a steam feature

Tineco describes HeatedWash, PowerDry, a dryness indicator and an approximately 30-minute drying claim. Its product page also advertises 104°F wash water. Those are manufacturer claims rather than independent test results, and drying time changes with carpet, room conditions and cleaning technique. The label “HeatedWash” does not mean a steam cleaner, a sanitizing appliance or a tile-and-grout machine. The Complete FAQ says to use tap water, stay within its 41–140°F fill-water range and not add hot water that could damage internal pipes. It also instructs the owner to use Tineco solution, measured as two bottle caps for a full clean-water tank.

The clean tank is listed as 2 liters, or about 67.6 U.S. fluid ounces. The recovery capacity is inconsistent across Tineco’s own sources: the product specifications say 1.5 liters, while the Complete FAQ says 1.7 liters. Since the conflict is unresolved, do not rely on a minimum dirty-tank threshold. The FAQ gives a 3-meter accessory hose and a 6.5-meter cord. Tineco lists 22 pounds, but does not say whether that is an empty machine, filled machine or another weighing setup, so it should not be used as a guaranteed carry-weight limit.

Plan on cleaning the cleaner after a wet job

The extra roller can be useful while the other dries, but the Complete name does not promise a self-cleaning cycle. Tineco’s FAQ says the appliance cannot clean itself and recommends washing the roller after every use, with replacement every six to eight months depending on use. Empty the recovery tank and clean the other removable parts as directed; a spare roller does not rinse the hose, nozzle, filter or dirty-water path.

Compared with the base CARPET ONE, the strongest documented reason to seek this package is the extra roller and second formula bottle. The reviewed CARPET ONE PRO is a separate earlier variant with its own manual and controls; do not transfer its features merely because both names contain CARPET ONE. The later Cruiser range is worth checking if powered movement help or a cleaning tray is more important than the two extra supplies, while a dedicated portable extractor is easier to stage for isolated car or stair spots.

CARPET ONE Complete fits an owner who wants an upright carpet machine, a separate supplied hose/nozzle route for suitable upholstery, and the exact extra roller and additional solution. Skip it if the spare supplies add no value, if you need a true portable body, hard-floor or grout cleaning, steam, dry debris pickup, or a verified light carry weight. For a used or open-box package, identify CW101500US on the unit and confirm every box item before treating it as the Complete kit.

First-party references: Tineco U.S. CARPET ONE Complete product and package page and its Complete-specific FAQ. Tineco’s manual directory lists a CARPET ONE manual but does not label a Complete-specific manual; Best Buy’s manufacturer-linked model record identifies CW101500US and reports no new-condition availability. No user-review statements or independent performance tests are used here.
