CW010100US is the retailer model code for iCARPET Complete. Tineco’s series manual covers CL2043A-01/-02 but its pages do not map those suffixes to this package; confirm the seller’s exact label and the spare roller/two-bottle kit.

A useful fit for

Fits someone checking an earlier corded iCARPET offer who values an extra brush roller and second bottle of formula, while keeping the same separate suitable-upholstery route and manual trigger routine.

The main tradeoff

The extra roller and solution are package spares rather than a cleaning upgrade. The upright still needs user-controlled spray, a cord and manual post-clean tank, brush, hose and nozzle care.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Does the exact Complete package supply room carpet washing and a separate suitable-upholstery tool route?

Yes. Tineco lists the upright and its hose/2-in-1 nozzle package; carpet and upholstery are separate setups, and the care code and test-patch instructions still apply.

Is the extra roller an essential inclusion in this exact box?

Yes. The Tineco Complete package list includes an extra roller; the base iCARPET package list does not list a spare. Confirm open-box contents with the seller.

Does the Complete package’s 2L clean tank meet a 67-ounce minimum while missing 68 ounces?

Yes to 67 and no to 68: the exact U.S. product page/manual list 2L, about 67.63 U.S. fluid ounces. The FAQ dispute is on the recovery tank, not the clean-tank figure.

The iCARPET Complete is a Tineco corded upright carpet washer sold as a more fully stocked version of the iCARPET: the manufacturer’s package page lists an extra brush roller and a second solution bottle. Those items are useful spares, but Tineco does not describe a different motor, larger tank, or added cleaning mode. The complete bundle still requires the same surface checks and cleanup as its base machine.

The extra kit is the reason to choose Complete

Tineco’s Complete page lists the base cleaner, hose, 2-in-1 nozzle, tool, two solution bottles, and an extra roller. A retailer identifies the package as CW010100US. The English iCARPET Series manual covers CL2043A-01 and CL2043A-02, but Tineco does not map those suffixes to the package names; do not guess which one means “Complete.”

The choice is practical: if you already have compatible formula and a good roller, the base iCARPET kit may be enough. If you want a replacement roller ready when the installed one needs washing or replacement, and you expect to use the supplied solution, the Complete package avoids sourcing those items separately. It does not extend cordless runtime, because this is corded; it does not make the unit portable; and it does not add a self-cleaning tray. The cleaner and its operating routine remain the same. That distinction matters more than the Complete name when a listing is discounted or a carton has been opened: verify that both extras are actually in that seller’s package.

Same upright, same two kinds of work

The main head is for wet carpet cleaning. Tineco’s product and support pages say the machine is not for hard floors, and the manual describes ECO, MAX, and DRY modes. In ECO and MAX, you control solution release with the trigger; DRY is a separate no-spray pass. Do not expect the automatic forward-wash/backward-extraction behavior of Tineco’s sensor-equipped CARPET ONE models. For upholstery, the supplied accessory hose and 2-in-1 nozzle provide a separate hand-tool setup with the body upright. Unplug before attaching the hose, and confirm that the fabric’s own cleaning instructions permit wet extraction.

The manual’s limits still apply to Complete. Do not use it as a dry vacuum for cereal or loose grit, and do not wash carpet that calls for dry cleaning. Tineco asks users to check the carpet or rug label, test a hidden area for colorfastness, and take special care with loop Berber, natural fibers, wool, silk, soft pile, and antiques. Its upholstery guidance approves W or S/W codes but not S-only fabric. An extra roller does not make a delicate rug safer or guarantee the removal of a particular stain.

Use the lower, manual-supported recovery-tank figure

The iCARPET Complete product page lists a 2-liter clean-water tank, 1.5-liter dirty-water tank, corded operation, and a 6.5-meter cord. Tineco’s product-specific Complete FAQ gives 1.7 liters for the dirty tank, conflicting with the product page and the shared U.S. series manual, which both say 1.5 liters. This review uses the manual/page figure rather than assuming the larger capacity. Two liters converts to about 67.6 U.S. fluid ounces. The manual does not give a hose length, so exact reach from an outlet or staircase remains unknown; the product page’s 22-pound weight likewise does not identify the weighing configuration.

Tineco describes HeatedWash and PowerDry for the series. The page claims a 104°F wash and a shortened-drying process, while the manual describes warm air and says fill water must stay below 140°F/60°C. Those are manufacturer statements, not independent results. There is no steam mode, no documented sanitizing cycle, and no fixed drying result for every carpet. Use the specified Tineco solution and do not pour hot water into the tank.

Ownership is more than changing the roller

After a cleaning session, Complete still needs the dirty tank emptied and cleaned, then its filter, brush cover, installed roller, hose, and 2-in-1 tool rinsed or wiped and allowed to dry as instructed. The spare roller reduces the need to wait for one roller to dry before using a replacement, but it does not eliminate cleanup of the removed roller or recovery path. Tineco says not to store the appliance with solution or dirty water in the tanks. If you expect minimal maintenance, a bundle with an extra roller is not the same as an automatic self-cleaning system.

As an earlier package reference, Complete should be compared by its exact seller model and box contents rather than availability implied by an old product page. The U.S. manufacturer page continues to describe the package, but availability varies by seller; an old listing is not proof of a current new unit. A generic “iCARPET” listing may be the base kit, so do not assume it includes the spare roller or second bottle.

Who gets value from the extra supplies?

Complete suits an owner who wants a corded carpet-room washer with a separate suitable-upholstery route and specifically values a spare brush roller and extra solution. It is less compelling if those consumables would sit unused, or if carrying an upright, managing the cord, and washing several removable parts after every use sounds like too much. If you need motion-guided floor spray, compare CARPET ONE or CARPET ONE PRO; if you need a more recent assisted floor head and tray, examine the Cruiser rather than assuming it is the same package. If the priority is only spot work on a car seat or stair, consider a smaller portable extractor instead.

The extra roller is a real package difference, not evidence of better stain removal. Compare the individual carton, condition, included spare, and replacement-part compatibility before choosing between iCARPET Complete and the base iCARPET.
